When the 1st option we looked at when framing a large piece became unavailable, I was given some very sensible options for a bespoke piece of commissioned artwork from india. Lovely end product. Despite visiting in the shop in person and discussing about what I needed and if it could be done, and two months of waiting. I get sent a picture of something totally different and the wrong size. When I rung to point out that it not what I discussed. I get told it must be have been a misunderstanding we don't do that! Very disappointed and 2 months behind!
