No actual sales desk you have to shop online but as i had driven miles to get there the guy in the office sold me some filement and as ime new to this 3d printing thing he was very helpful in advice for the settings i needed to use for the best results and care of the filement . The PLA filament is wonderful! I used it in my 3D printer which does not have a heated bed, and it was not an issue, in fact, it gave me super high-quality prints! I especially love that the spool is made out from cardboard, as all the filaments I have purchased (from other brands) in the past the spools are made from plastic, so that’s also a win. Can't wait to try more colours out!

I have used filament from this company many times and I cannot fault it, but I am not surprised, since I have come to learn that they are dishonest about the recycled content of their materials! I am disappointed that any company would make false claims about their recycled content in todays day and age when it is such a pressing issue. It is clear Filamentive have deliberately attempted to extort customers through high prices with the false justification that their materials are recycled. The only genuine recycled product they had (ONE PET) they have discontinued, because naturally as a truly recycled product it was not perfect, so clearly they do not prioritise the environmental aspect of their products. I’d rather support one of the honest UK suppliers, than one that is dishonest about such an important modern issue. I’m also surprised that MCPP/Dutch Filaments (the company that make the filament for Filamentive) would continue to supply them in the full knowledge that they mis-sell their products. I hope the management will do the right thing and own up to this misrepresentation.

The added bonus is that the material comes wound on very sturdy and strong cardboard spools which are recyclable and easy to dispose of. All round, top notch supplier of 3D printing material.
