I order a pair of 16oz Fairtex Gloves , unfortunately they were not delivered in the expected time frame which made me look at reviews for fightco. intially this had me worried as it seemed a few people have had similiar issues with not receiving the goods. but upon calling Fightco they were more than helpful in locating the parcel (it got lost/delayed in leeds) and kept me up to date Via email. the royal mail then managed to deliver the gloves to the wrong house. The gloves themselves are brilliant and i cannot fault fightco's customer services around the issues. will be more than happy to order more from them but maybe using a different delivery service as the royal mail nearly lost them twice!!

I was looking for some boxing gloves but am very new to boxing so needed some advice. I called in at Fight Co. at Thorp Arch trading estate, hoping to be able to speak to someone. I was delighted to see that this small, independent business now has a small retail counter at their distribution unit, which I was told had only recently opened. The owner (called Matthew, if I remember rightly) was clearly very knowledgeable about boxing, and it was incredibly helpful that he took the time to talk to me and allow me to try out different boxing gloves, so that I could choose the best ones for my small hand size etc. He even gave me a few useful boxing tips. The gloves are of a high quality (much better than at a large sports retailer that I’d tried before I discovered Fight Co.) and I’ve already used them a few times in my personal training sessions. I definitely recommend using this specialist retailer for the quality of the products sold and for the level of customer service offered.

You’re website is misleading making it out you sell things at the address given and with the pictures shown. Also, we must have phoned at least 3 or 4 times but with no answer. Travelling from Harrogate was a a complete waste of time as you should make it more obvious that you are actually not a shop.
