Gave my bike for a service and was about to collect it and almost paid for a service when I realized nothing was actually done. The gentleman then adviced me that the bikes got mixed up and was not serviced. The following day got a call and a quote of £140 which was originally a service of £35. I probably will never Go back or recommend this place to anyone.

We have just had the pleasure of shopping in Figgures bike shop. What a great shop and experience thanks in most part to James the extremely helpful and friendly guy working there. He fitted immediately the water bottle carriers to our bikes and even put some drinking water into them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that wants help with their bike or quite frankly anything!! Thanks James
