I took the Dancing Dialogues class this week and loved it. Pei Yun instantly put me at ease so I could get into the flow. Beautiful space too! Edit: I returned to FWD for Falit's 4-week RESET class. The first class was high energy and really empowering. I'm curious to see how it evolves over the next few weeks. Also the music selection was top notch!

I did the Barre + Stretch Class all levels, I havnt been dancing for 10 years and it was really good to start again with this class. The teacher was very good and really helped me to find better postures and technics to help me improve. We didnt do the Floor Stretch as mentioned in the description, but we spent 45 minutes doing barre exercises and it was good practise. Ill be back :) Thank you.
