Hands down this guy has to be the most knowledgeable and fairest person I have come across in this industry. From start to finish Paul showed us multiple demonstrations on different tiles, how to identify tiles, best chemical to use for restoration and tips he has learnt through his many years experience. I would imagine his customer service is second to none. Paul you honestly couldn't do enough for us, you have filled us with confidence and enthusiasm to move our business to the next level. Absolutely worth every penny and then some. Good luck with future training, and if anyone is looking a fantastic course where the trainers are not trying to up sell their own products this is it.
