    Received a kit with various broken parts, contacted them and was advised they were on holiday and they would contact me when they returned. Never heard anything back; fortunately I contacted the model company direct who were more than happy to replace the parts, 3 weeks on and I'm still waiting for a reply from FOG Models, won't be shopping with them again.
