Not worth a star! Been diagnosing me without telling me face to face and saying my pain is in my head! Told just to take paracetamol, which doesn’t work. Then see another gp who’s just as bad not examining me or investigating why I’m suffering this pain!

Im getting really annoyed with this doctors. Ive just been waiting on the phone for ages and when you pick up you hang up on me! Cant get appointment without phone call from a doctor first which you wait all day for them to ring you back.

I went today for a pre op assessment and the lady who saw me was absolutely lovely I have a personality disorder and anxiety and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy wish everyone was like her and also I went to the cafe I had had nothing to eat all day and I asked to pay a little by card and a little by cash cause didn't quite have enough either way if you get me and of course they allowed me to then a couple mins later they came and gave Me the money back for the bun honestly such kindness made me cry what wonderful people they all were I cant give them enough stars thankyou all for making it a lovely experience also lovely people who took my blood and ecg

Never get an appointment says open at 8am still on recorded message at 8 10. When you get to speak to someone no appointments available even when doctor has requested one and she only works on a Wednesday!
