We had an excellent experience with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent tutor on our course. The area around the centre is one of the most beautiful places to visit.

FSC runs art and craft courses in many locations in Britain. Flatford Mill is a peaceful and historic location to attend a course. The staff are wonderful and the accomodation is in the historic buildings, like Willy Lot's house, made famous by Constable in The Hay Wain with learning in the MIll its self.

I had a fantastic day, in a beautiful setting making a piece of stained glass. My second time of doing it, as it was so enjoyable the first time.

This is my fourteenth year attending the bookbinding course at Flatford Mill, making about 28 attendances so far. It is probably the best course for beginners and improvers in the UK. The tutor, Mark Cockram, as well as being a world class expert in the field, is a first-rate tutor and a great showman. It makes for a very informative and entertaining week, even after nearly a decade and half.
