Nice place AWFUL STAFF!! Especially SARAH CRITCHLEY she should never be allowed near a competition yard with the comment made to made daughter!! Shame we have to award 1 star because it really deserves nothing. A formal report will be lodged with BD after the bank holiday.

1st time here and my daughter did 2 tests, Novice and Elementary. She was the only entry in the bronze section of the Elementary so should receive a rossette. After collecting her test sheet, Sarah Critchley walked away back into her hole but my daughter politely said "excuse me, do I get a rossette as I was the only one in that section?" Sarah Critchley then replied "oh I didn't think you'd want one with a score like that!" my daughter then asked her "what did you just say?" and my husband looked at her in disbelief and said "did you really just say that?" another lady stood close by and was shaking her head in disbelief at what what Sarah had said. After taking her name and telling her her comment was disgusting we then told her we are going to make a formal complaint, she apologised profusely knowing she was in the wrong. she was very unprofessional to say the least. want to say thank you to the lady who heard the comment for her stopping to check my daughter was OK. safe to say we will not return here!
