Extremely bad experience with this company. They ask you to sign a contract and totally forgot about you. Inexistant customer service. I signed an agreement to rent a parking space on one of their estate, never received a notification the agreement has been received, never received my access card to the car park…but received the bill for the space I wasn’t able to use! Your only interlocutor is a Credit Controller whose only mission is to get your money. Draining experience with this Unethical, unprofessional company. Avoid if you can.

A few months ago, this company stole my car. They have paid me the cars worth & belongings inside. I emailed them a few weeks back before they’d paid me asking for a bigger settlement as they put me in debt with my insurance. Of over 1k because it was cancelled. Because of how long they took to actually pay me. I have just got a new car & new insurance. Now this insurance will be cancelled in 7 days if I don’t pay just over 1k. So thanks fi real estates👏

Absolute disgrace of a company.. I was in negotiations with Tom Shaw for 6mths about getting one of their new units at winnington, with one week to go and getting the keys and signing the agreement, they pulled the rug from under my feet and told me I could no longer move into the unit due to them wanting another company who recently came to them and wanted there business instead and kicked us off because it was a similar business to mine.. i had internal drawings done, suspended ceilings part paid for, joiners booked in and timber ordered.. wasted my time and money .. these people are a joke..
