My experience was good because I had a sales executive Philip Short who understood what I wanted very quickly. He didn't waste time trying to get me to buy a new car when I clearly wanted a used car. No pressure sales and he was open, friendly and professional. I didn't intend on buying a car at the open day event but he gave me the options and showed me what was possible which allowed me to see I could go ahead.

So car went for service and MOT. Was dropped off at 08:30 finally finished at 16:10…. Car wasn’t washed or cleaned and neither was it offered although l know this was offered to other customers whom had had their cars serviced that day …. Feeling pretty annoyed
