    I filled out the registration forms for myself and my husband several times. I am pregnant and my wife is sick and our house is a little far away. However, I traveled the distance alone every time and handed in the forms. Now, almost a month and a half later, I asked to make an appointment for my wife. And they said none of you are registered!!!! I said it is not possible, I have filled the forms several times and yet I came, every time you told me that you have to fill the form from the beginning and you are not registered!!!! Really I am amazed how they say so easily go fill these forms and bring them later and later they say your forms are not here!!! Such behavior towards a pregnant woman and a sick man is far from being responsible and respecting the rights of the patient

    They got a new phone system, thought this would be a good solution to the phoning issues. However, i called first thing and was 7th in the queue. Stayed in 7th place for 30 minutes (i assume they weren’t actually answering calls) and after 50 minutes got to first caller. They then hung up on me. Tried calling again and got placed 42nd in the queue.

    A lot of negative comments so i’ll try to even the playing field a bit. I rarely see a GP (thankfully) but i phoned this morning at 9:15 and got an appointment at 11am. Dr McCarthy could not have done more for me if she tried. She took time, was very meticulous in her analysis and has given a thorough plan going forward. So far I really can’t fault the service of this surgery or indeed Dr McCarthy

    Trying to get my daughter seen by phyc she's been back and forth for month now nothing changes no one seems bothered about mental health there. Lost her paper work when changing over names. Iv never seen a place like it, and the state of the place is as bad as the help you get shocking.

    As a new patient to this surgery I have not since moving to them in September been able to secure an appointment. The call lines are opened at 8.30am-11am, at 8.30am you call only to hear a voice recording you that the queue is full and to try later. Starting work at 8.30am means the option to spend the next 2 and a half hours trying to get through is impossible. I have this morning rang over 43 times, each time hearing the voice recording. I give up! This is not isolated either, given this is a community practice covering a large area, there are people I know who are patients who experience the same thing. What a shambles of a service if you can even call it that.

    I'll get back to you with my review, just gonna put u all on hold for a week or 2 first , Ok wait over probably better to sign up to a vet cos these lot treat you like animals anyway .receptionist are rude and don't do there jobs properly , my son is on special baby formula and a lot of the time they don't put the orders in leaving my son without milk, tried ordering earlier to stop this and the doctors cancel the prescription , do not use if you value your health
