My family and me were there yesterday during a celebration with some friends. We were seated upstairs and I found dirty glasses on the table, some had lipstick marks on it. Really disgusting and unpleasant, terrible service the most annoying person a male waiter was serving us ( clapping, shouting and misunderstanding information). Very confusing menu as they said was fixed for our group.. firstly was told our drink was included in the fixed menu and after all the stress the bill for a group of 20 (8 children under 15 + 12 adults)cost £590 . This amount because younger kids had a discount. The drinks were charged separately nearly £200 what a surprise! We ate turkish bread with some cold mixed meze, chicken or lamb shish and baclava as dessert for £30 each + £ drinks. Totally overpriced. The food was OK but very unfair price for what we ate. Next time we will think twice before come back . I hope they can improve their customer care. We had a bad experience.
