You can walk three reservoirs in this area, 2 close together & Thurcross can be walked via a nice river walk over the road from the carpark near the church at the end of blubber House moors, not many placed but one can park at Thurcross, bit harder to walk around the last time I was there, take picnic & drinks, also there are another 2 carparks near the reservoirs, decent walk

Quiet, lovely to see reservoir full again, bonus of Yorkshire ice cream in car park and loos open again. Parking currently free, but looks like payment machines being installed in the summer.
