    Yes! It took awhile for my bike to be repaired. But not at Fettles end. The part required was needed from abroad. Which was the problem!. What can I say. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to do so. The frequent updates, service and professionalism throughout the time of dropping off bike has be brilliant and reassuring. The up front cost of repairs is communicated, before work start. Which is great for me and my budget. I have recommended several friend to use these people - whether they have or not, is only there loss (Friends). Thank you Fettle - I'll be back.......
