Got one of there shower doors from Wicks the glass in it exploaded. It damaged the bath, basin and tiles. It Wicks said that the door was faulty. It has taken over 6 months for them to renburse is for the repairs and counting. Terrible customer service and poor product quantity.

Customer service very very poor. We purchased one of the firm's shower units from Homebase. The product was ex-display. It was not listed as end-of-line or any other comments attached to the item. The product was delivered but one of the rails retaining the doors was snapped. We were told to contact the Fetim group company as the product was guaranteed. We duly dpoke to a young lady who stated that the product was guaranteed and arrangements would be made for a replacement part. Several weeks later we received an email stating we would have to purchase the part. We phoned to discuss the case and were then told that this model is now discontinued and the part is no longer available. So yes the product is guaranteed but as they have no replacement part a replica part is not available so in effect the guarantee is ansolutely worthless leaving us out of pocket. Customer service difficult to access, very slow to respond and offered no solution.
