This is a fantastic service. Our puppy CJ loves going there; the staff are super nice and well trained. CJ goes once a week and we have seen a notable difference in her socialisation with other dogs. Team members send video updates which is an added perk. The pick up and drop off service (coupled with clear indications of times etc.) are extremely convenient. Fantastic service all around. Very highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Fetch & Retrieve looking after our lively Pomsky on multiple occasions (Daycare and overnight boarding)! They are a super friendly bunch, very professional, provide fantastic service, reasonable pricing and you can tell they genuinely love dogs - what more can you want from the service looking after your precious furry baby!? They create a WhatsApp group for you and your dog handlers so you are kept updated throughout of the day (and evening) with videos on how your dog is and also provide tracking links and times in real time on when your dog is getting picked up and dropped off. Honestly, we couldn't be happier after trying these guys for the first time and now use them whenever we need our dog to be looked after!! 5 stars+++!!! :)

The entire team is amazing. Chloe loves her time at daycare and is always exhausted when she gets home. Jack and the team take amazing care of her and send me 2-3 videos and pics (see below) of her every day. I only ever had one concern and they addressed it immediately with no issue. A great choice for sure.

Wonderful service. They let you know an hour window for pick up and drop off, then make sure you're updated when it gets closer to the time. Zoe, picked him up in the morning and was so friendly he was totally at ease with her as she knew exactly what to do with a new dog. Whilst at the day care lots of videos of your dog are sent too which is lovely to see. Whilst I wasn't worried, it was so reassuring to see him flying around with his new friends!! I have one very pooped pup this evening.

Ted absolutely loves going to Fetch & Retrieve and goes crazy with excitement when it’s pick up time! The service is great- pick up and drop off times are well communicated and lots of videos and photos throughout the day of him playing with the other dogs, laying in the paddling pools and climbing the agility ramps. Jack and Matt are really nice and I feel super comfortable with them looking after Ted- and use them for overnight dog sitting too! Would highly recommend.

I leave two of my dogs in the Fetch & Retrieve Day Care. The staff are very friendly, extremely professional and I have an absolute peace of mind my dogs are well looked after. I receive daily video updates from Day Care , its great to see what my dogs are up to when in their care. I highly recommend the place, best fun for your furry friend!

Couldn’t recommend more!! Bailey has been going to Fetch & Retrieve twice a week for the last couple months. The staff are incredibly friendly and share regular updates. The pick up and drop off is very convenient and they’re always flexible to change days around to suit my diary which is great!! Bailey clearly adores her time with the team and comes back very tired. Beyond that, as a young and high energy pup, sending her to F&R has helped no end with getting that extra energy out. Meaning alongside everything else, her behaviour outside of daycare has improved too
