Vile and incompetent. Unkind and on a power trip yet totally disinterested when someone was actually being attacked! They needed to be told to hurry up by the punters whilst the DJ tried to protect himself. Upset lots of the guests with their attitude and approach. I recommend looking elsewhere if you require actual ‘security’, as opposed to a bunch of jumped-up bullies. [Edit: when I wrote this review they had no others, then magically they get a deluge of 5 stars, all posted around the same time by people who’ve mostly written none beforehand 🤔]

I have encountered Fetch security at both nightclubs and festivals in the Maidstone area and have been met with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Friendly and welcoming on the way in but still maintaining a good security presence, I was able to enjoy my time feeling safe. Fetch staff were more than happy to provide me with venue and local info such minicab companies, making sure I got home safely. Would highly recommend the company!

I have worked for a number of security firms over the years & I have to say Fetch are best firm I have ever worked for. They are a very professional outfit & provide security for festival’s, nightclubs, tv studios to name but a few. The staff they employ are friendly & the management ensure that they offer their staff full support in both training & maintaining the highest of standards. Would definitely recommend them as both an employer & to any firm who requires security.
