Very professional staff and doctors. I had my nuchal scan and harmony test there. Results came back within 7-10 business days and doctor was reassuring. Then I went for my anomaly and wellbeing scan. I can say they are very compassionate and kind and would definitely come back if pregnant again.

Failed Nuchal Scan/failed Harmony test, complete incompetence and extremely rude staff. I would highly discourage you ladies of going to that clinic. They are incompetent, and extremely rude. They have caused me a severe anxiety and stress, and only after few weeks admitted that Nuchal scan/Harmony test can be considered as failed. They left me so anxious and in tears. This is really not the experience you would like to get during pregnancy. Avoid at all costs!!!

We were given a number of wrong diagnoses by the Fetal Medicine Centre. We were confidently told by the doctor that the baby had a chromosomal disorder that was incompatible with life and that it had a hole in its heart. However, both were later proven to be false following further diagnostic testing. It's been a very traumatic experience. While I appreciate how hard it is to diagnose issues early on and the need to take decisive action, and we are grateful for this, we feel these conditions should have been presented as potential causes of the symptoms detected as opposed to facts until all the information was available. I hope this feedback helps inform better communication with patients moving forward.
