Ro and Claire have a huge knowledge in nutrition and how it can affect and aid fertility. All of which is shared in their online courses, downloads and regular updates/emails. I highly recommend anyone who is trying for a baby or getting ready to start trying to invest in one of their courses, follow on Instagram and sign up for regular emails.
