Tom from Ferry motors was an absolute star! Arrived on the Stenaline but the motorcycle wouldn't start - and despite him being the only one working, he came out straight away, took me and the bike to the workshop, identified the problem in less than 5 mins, and got me back on the road very swiftly. Top bloke!
