Don't even deserve one star to be honest. I enquired about a small job (trying to keep it local, help small business etc) we told they were moving so held off for a week... then after sending pictures etc was told they'd look and get back to me.... NOTHING! Since then calls ignored, texts ignored etc... not even the decency to say not worth it for us. AWFUL service (and no way to run a business either ). 0/5

We needed our 2 spiral staircases looking at as they had become unstable over time. Callum was quick to respond to our enquiry, he visited us promptly to ascertain the exact work required, and provided his quote with reasonable and competitive prices. Carrying out the work, Callum was professional and reliable - he turned up on time as arranged (VERY early in the morning, in order to minimise disruption to our workplace), and cleaned up any mess that was made as he worked. The job was done to a high standard and many colleagues have commented on how much better the staircases are (and safer)! We would recommend Ferrous Wheel, and Callum very highly.
