I paid £95 for them to break our ferroli boiler and leave us without heating or hot water during a week with lows due to go below 0'. DO NOT USE!!! Extremely abrasive and unhelpful customer service, stating we had booked for a service and they wouldn't fix any issues even though the boiler was in fully working order prior to them coming out and breaking it and just wanting a standard annual service. No service certificate either. Local plumbers wouldn't touch a Ferroli boiler so went straight to them HQ only 35 minutes away and they outsourced to a firm in Rutland well over an hour away and they ended up breaking it. Embarrassing service.

Had an issue with the boiler that was fixed which was an issue that 2 local plumbers could not solve, however the tenants of the property could smell gas a couple of days later, this was cut off and although they could originally not get an engineer out for a week, which at this time of year is too long to be without hot water and heating however they did everything to get an engineer out same day, fix the issue and reconnect the gas. Thankyou very much for the support and extremely grateful full the service team for making this happen and getting it sorted so quickly

You can only get replacement parts from Feroli, themselves. So you have to have their engineers too. One of their engineers came out to fix my boiler. Not only did I have to pay alot of money to get boiler fixed. I had to pay to replace the hob, the engineer broke. As he dragged his massive tool box over the hob. Smashing one of the control knobs off. They denied responsibility despite my complaint and their response was very argumentative. Wouldn't buy another Feroli boiler again.

Combo boiler 3 years old installed by former property owner and has broken down 4 times in that period. Now that the warranty has run out I have been struggling to find gas engineers that will come to fix it. Each one saying they wouldn’t fit one and would recommend I change it for a known brand. Parts difficult to get hold of and expensive leaving my family with no heating or hot water again for two weeks not impressed with it.

Worst boiler ever, do not buy. Had this boiler fitted around 7 years ago and from day 1 its never been right.flashing fault codes all the time, many call outs to expensive boiler fixers over the years. May as well use a kettle to heat your water
