I would like to Thank connor and the team i cant recommend Ferris Architecture enough they was brilliant from start to finish we was making the property 5 times bigger in floor area then what it is currently so it was a big project and connor made it a walk in the park everything we wanted connor guided us although the council was not happy with many things regarding the build connor guided us on what we can and cant do and made the whole process easier. We had a few architects come in to take a look at the project but i felt connor understood what we wanted from the start and i was correct the first set of drawings was exactly what i wanted and i was worried regarding the size of the building as many architects were afraid of the size of the building but connor felt that it was no issue although the council had said if we can make the building smaller which we would have been happy to do, connor had advised that we keep the current size and replied to the council with all diagrams showing why there is no issue with the size of our building. I would not hesitate to use Ferris Architects agian. He Had passed everything we wanted.

Connor has been absolutely professional and helpful over our design process, which started during lockdown. He has a great eye for detail, and it's clear that he listens to everything that we said at the beginning, and everything we say in response to the work that he's done. He's been very helpful in dealing with the planning office, too - most recently in producing two very workable designs in response to their queries/objections. I can't (yet!) speak to the experience of working with him once construction begins, but everything we've done with him so far leaves me feeling very relaxed for that phase of the project, once it begins!
