Prices and facilities, it is what it is. A coal yard, customer service can be a bit short and to the point which normally is fine. But on December 23rd my elderly mother went to collect coal at about 1pm having looked online seeing the closing time of 5pm. Only to be told very very rudely when she arrived "what do you want we're closing!" And after being to told to hurry up and move faster, 2 guys threw the coal into the boot of her car (it was obvious they'd been thrown in at some distance and speed by the way they'd gone up against the back seats) Was then told to walk faster and get a move on, hurry up and pay because they want to go home. Miss the customer service training day did we? Manners don't cost a lot, especially towards older less able bodied customers who have been using the place for absolutely years. An apology would be nice!
