They don’t even deserve a star, worst service ever, don’t go there. You can die and they will still say you need to book an appointment the next day in the morning.

You cannot seem to get a appt and spend days calling. Only option is to go and wait outside the surgery at 8am. Alot of patients already be queuing outside the surgery before 8am, including elderly which really is sad to see as that shouldnt have to be the case. Most doctors just seem to rush you and want you out the door within seconds..however I was really impressed with Dr saddiqui. This is the first time I had a appt with him and he was brilliant. He saw me on time, he listened and was really thorough, explaining everything really well. He gave his 100% to the patient, making sure he gives the whole 10 minutes of the appt time to you and not just rush you to get you out his room like most doctors do there. Dr saba and Dr El-Haffer are also brilliant doctors. These 3 are excellent doctors with excellent patient care skills, delivering a excellent service just like how it should be. We need more doctors like this. Also I know the reception staff be under pressure to call in patients for smear tests etc due to the coff season so the sugery can claim its money at the end of march but its really annoying when they call you for a smear test, flu jab etc and if you decline it they ask you to come in and sign forms which really no patients needs to do. Patients have the right to decline these and shouldnt feel pressured or asked to come in to sign papers. Declining it over the phone should be enough and making a note of on their record.

Complete waste of time and tax payer money. I have called them multiple times just after they open, to book an appointment to see a GP. The receptionists say "call again tomorrow or go to a pharmacy".

The definition of unprofessionalism and incompetence lays in the heart of this surgeries reception team. They will be the ones that’ll run this surgery into the ground.

Dr. Al-Haffer & Dr. Sabba are my favourite doctors. They understand your problems, feel your pain and do whatever they can to help. Dr. Shah is very friendly, experienced and another good doctor however, he is very rushy with appointments and cuts the call before you finish. Dr. Mann is very polite and soft spoken and is another good doctor but can be more productive. Mrs Srirangathan has no feelings. No smile. Doesn't make an effort to comfort baby or parents when giving baby vaccine. The other 2 staff for taking blood test are very sweet, friendly and welcoming. Dr. S. Imam seemed clueless to some of my questions. Gave me a nasty look for saying "are you sure". Said my baby was fine. But when I took her after 2 hours to A&E they kept her for 6 nights. She had an oxygen mask cause her heart rate and oxygen level was very low and was fed milk through tubes. There is also a problem with booking appointments. They tell you to ring at 8am. I ring but line comes busy until 8:20 am and when they answer they say all appointments booked call tomorrow at 8 am and the same thing happens the next day again. Its more difficult for people to wake up at 8am who take anti-depressants and struggle to sleep at night.
