I needed a new Dentist and phoned through to the reception team and spoke with Pauline, such a wonderful person to speak with, nothing was too much trouble. Easily set-up new accounts for my wife, son and myself and explained everything in great detail. Prices and services were reasonable and didn't have to wait long for an appointment. I'm very happy with the level of service. Tuesday 28th Feb. Just been in and seen the Dentist, greeted by Michelle and Charlotte who are lovely. The dentist herself Teereth Bahra was very kind and clearly very good at her job. The prices on the work I needed doing were fair, no complaints at all. 5 stars all the way!

I rarely write reviews and never about my Dentist visits, I'm usually so relieved to get away with no major work needing doing. I generally see Reema who is always great but owing to work I needed this time I was referred to Nirav Varsani who works only once a month on Saturday. I was very impressed when I first met him for a consultation about having implants, he explained everything involved so clearly and makes it sound like a relatively easy process. After my visit Saturday last for two extractions which I was dreading, Nirav was so professional and he made the whole process relatively painless. He was assisted by Pauline with Lorna on reception. The whole team are great but Top marks to Nirav, I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment with him and that is a first for me.

I arrived at Fernhill this morning for my Hygienist treatment carried out by Hannah, this was my first appointment with her, I would like to say how professional she was, keeping me advised throughout the treatment, and afterwards with a three month plan of action. This has been my local dentist for many years now and I would also like to compliment Michelle the receptionist for the way she handles the booking process and is always welcoming as the first point of contact.
