Played here for the first time (16/5/23)and really enjoyed it as it ticks all the boxes for a golf course I like. It has par 3, par 4 and a couple of par 5s there is also bunkers and water hazards on several of the holes as well and trees and bushes scattered about the place. So the question is do you play safe or go for it over the trees, bushes and water hazards which could mean your in trouble if you don't make it. All in all a beautiful place to play golf just be careful on the first fairway as it runs along side the the driving range and lot of balls do make it over the high fence.

Love this golf club!!! The staff are so friendly the pro shop always have stock. The new driving system is great on weekdays after 4 you have to book and the weekends you have to book . The old driving range was chaos. Would recommend.

Nice little course in in the summer. Good practice facilities and pro shop . Went for a club fitting with Matt and was very impressed. His knowledge and the computer information was excellent. Path needs sorting before upgrading. Recommended 👍

Played here 7/3/23 : always drove past this place and never had chance to play. I managed get finished early on a job, rang clubhouse and someone answered straight away. I was concerned the course may be closed due to the rain overnight and in the morning but was informed the course was open. I welcomed to pop down anytime as most people had stayed home because of the weather. I arrived and went in the clubhouse and was very impressed. Well stocked shelves, plenty of staff working so was served straight away I teed off at 13:30ish, the round cost me £13.50. I was informed the course was having maintenance carried out on it, which was great so I was fully aware. I have to say I was impressed with this course. It’s definitely not the longest, but there are plenty of tricky hazards to make you really think about your yardages. It’s a great course to improve your iron play if you hit it long enough. I was really impressed with the greens. Although they had been hollow tined (spiked) the greens rolled really well, we’re in great condition. The fairways were in good condition despite the time of year, I was given a good quality winter rules mat to play off. Usually even if it’s a high end club your given a strip of artificial grass which curls up and is difficult to play off. This was on a solid piece of plastic with ground spikes All the ground maintenance team were friendly and polite, they could see which greens I was approaching so worked that around which greens they did I would definitely recommend this course and I look forward to coming back in the summer to see how well it looks with all the works going on

Driving Range Bay 16… what a joke. I’m not the best golfer in the world, that’s why I’m here, but I think Tiger himself would struggle to aim out of bounds right to avoid the whomping willow taking up the width of the bay. Even when you can sneak it through the branches, guess what? the TopTracer doesn’t pick it up and you’re back to square one. Just an utterly crazy oversight. The facilities and the staff were class, you can’t knock the location or the rest of the facilities at all. Great vibes in there with lads meeting up to share a few beers, but my experience was completely ruined by the practice itself so I’m afraid I can’t give anymore than one star. I gave up after 30 mins of a 90 minute session. If you get allocated bay 16, just head for the door.
