Keep calling my old landline, even though I asked several times to remove it. After waiting 4 weeks for appointment on the phone no phone call as they called the old landline again. No offer to make another appointment, so the process starts again.

It's long overdue knocking down and replacing with something well managed, modern and that can actually support local residents. GP appointments run at around a 3-4 week wait.

Absolutely ridiculous. Can't even get a simple sick certificate printed off, Can't even manage their own staff and is too overcrowded. Should improve their service, staff and be more patient and caring with foreign people. Honestly, wouldn't even recommend it to anyone if i was offered a million quid.

Can't get an appointment you got blood result abnormal you try to have the doctor pharmacist call you to upgrade your tablets I try to book to see the doctor for my blood the pharmacist phone me I will try again and see very bad this day

The receptionist (Claire) was wonderful the doctor was not so helpful. But the receptionist went above and beyond to help. As I have a debilitating diseases. The receptionist made sure I was seen as soon as possible by relevant doctor to get what I need to proceed. If it wasn’t for this receptionist I would have left said surgery. She has given me hope in the system

I visited fern house surgery today to be seen by dr myat from the start i felt at ease from the off, he answered my concerns in detail, listened and never missed a trick i left the surgery reassured, a BREATH OF FRESH AIR, JOHN ROWE.
