Joke of a company. Their guarantee of quality is not worth the paper it's written on. The retailer replaced the product out of their own stock as this company refused. Will.mske sure everyone I speak too will hear about FERIDAX and Spada quality..

Absolutely rubbish to deal with.. Bought a Spada jacket from a retailer and it developed holes in the shoulder on both sides..The jacket was sent to Feridax for review and they declined to honour their warranty..The retailer replaced the jacket from their own stock. I will never buy a Spada product again from these jokers and I hope that you don't have an issue with any Spada product as your unlikely to get anything back from them. What these don't realise is that a bad and negative word about a product out weights any good reviews. DO NOT BUY A SPADA AUTOBAHN JACKET AS THEY WILL FAIL AND FERIDAX DONT CARE.

They are on ebay under the name of 'bigbikebook'. Listing item as new with tags send by DPD. So...ordered new leather jacket. Arrived with different courier no tag no bag and as in extra...mouldy 😶 CLICK ON PHOTO GALLERY TO SEE PHOTOS OF THE JACKET AFTER ARRIVAL. BUT THEY KEEP DELETING IT ! Very arrogant. And on the end they sort of tried to make it look like it was my fault that I'm not happy about this moulded jacket. Finnaly the took this back and send refund but obviously with attitude and saying it was all OK. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! If I could I would leave no star at all.
