They are taking bookings, taking payment and then canceling the booking. This is what they did with my booking. Completely untrustworthy. Agreed a price and date, and after i paid them up front, they tried to increase the price, cancelled the booking and have not paid me back the booking fee or the deposit. Stay well clear.

I went and viewed this hall with my mum and sister to make a booking for a pre - wedding event. We gave exact details of our event i.e how many people. I paid the full amount including a deposit on damages. The next day, at 11:00PM the guy sends us a message saying they cannot accommodate us anymore. He did not give a valid reason at all. Very very unprofessional people, and they definitely did this because they wanted more money from us. The guy confirmed everything there and then and said they would be able to accommodate that many people, the next day he turns around and says they cannot anymore without any reason at all!!! Will not be making any future bookings here, very dodgy people. Massive let down!!!!
