Shop floor staff unqualified giving me false information about the tesco motor engine oil. And said the oil is not recommended for my Toyota yaris car. But the bottle stated to text and my reg. I just needed the correct assistance. She said the engine oil is only for Ford cars. I feel she never understood me and couldn't deliever the customer vital ingredients

Worst customer service experience ever. Duty manager refused to accept an exchange even after speaking to their own customer services who instructed her to do it! What a shame that a manager don't know the terms and conditions of the store she is managing. Just ridiculous! She just could not let it go as she was proven to be in wrong.
