My Mum was selling her house in Fareham in Hampshire where I was living with her back in June 2020 and we went through the Fareham office where we had Pamela Tovey take on our property. Due to a number of very difficult circumstances going on in our lives at the time, we had some urgency to get my mum’s house sold. So a reliable, proactive, caring and professional estate agent was a priority and I can honestly say we were NOT disappointed. Our property went on the market on the Monday and by the Tuesday we had a day full of viewings due to Fenwicks’s excellent advertising of our property which showed it at its absolute best both with wording and photos. We got great offers on our property and we had a reliable buyer right from the start. Cutting a long story short, due to our personal circumstances it was a very stressful journey selling our property but Pamela and the Fenwicks team could not have been more on that journey with us!! They were absolutely amazing!! Proactive, caring, supportive, genuinely cared about our needs to sell our property and to say they went to every length to make sure we achieved the sale of our house is an understatement! Thanks to Pamela and her phenomenal and passionate team, we sold our house in the same year and we are now living happily in the county of Devon which we love!
