    I'm afraid I am going to eat humble pie after the poor review I left. We have had a lot of issues with our car, and believing that we were out of warranty went ahead and had work done. We went to Fenways today and told them how unhappy we were, they were very upset that we did not get in touch beforehand and explain the problems enabling them to rectify the issues. Please accept my apologies for the review.

    Discovered recently that work I needed done on my car wasn’t covered by the warranty (even though at the time I took it out, I was assured that absolutely everything would be covered) . Also had a very bad feeling that the price I’d been quoted by the garage used for any warranty issues was too high so got a second opinion. Took it to my local garage and found that I had been quoted DOUBLE the price for the work. Worse still, the work that needed to be done had been an advisory issue on two previous MOT’s but surprisingly the advisory had totally disappeared on the MOT given to me by Fenways. I’ve bought cars previously from them but completely lost trust in them now. Won’t be returning to buy another
