Very disappointed at this ‘ice cream’ store. I went in asking for a kinder and strawberry cone. Firstly, I was charged 50 p extra for the cone, being told that only the cup is free at the very end, when it was payment time. What respectable ice cream shop does this? Also, the ‘kinder’ flavour is just a basic, cheap tasting vanilla and chocolate plain soft serve, not even close to kinder. I was being pushed to add toppings (50/80p each) to my ice cream without being told it costs extra. The lady there was also using her bare hands to fill my ice cream cone and was of course not wearing any mask. The quality is disappointing; given that Amorino is a few meters away and has the same price range I would recommend to go there instead.

Walking along Bayswater road and I saw the ice cream parlour/ Restaurant. It’s a warm day I was thinking about getting Ice cream earlier. Went in the restaurant, chose from the options of ice creams £5.49. The lady set up the card reading but my payment is not going through. Then the lady is gonna tell me there’s wifi connection issues can I get cash from a cash point. Kmt ! It’s embarrassing and I’m sure you were aware of these issues before I entered the restaurant. I told her tell the other customers. She told me to take the cream for free and it’s not even worth it. I’m happy I got it for free but I think they need to improve there service. I will never try their ice cream again

We revisited this place to have a bubble waffle which in the past were delicious, however this time the waffles were baked too hard and they crumbled and fell off the ‘paper cone’ onto the table. Disappointing quality and when I mentioned what happened to the lady who made them she made absolutely no attempt to offer a resolution. Ice cream was great but the waffle was a waste. Such a shame!

Do NOT eat from here!! The ice cream is the worst, probably the worst in London. No masks on staff. Over-priced, unhygienic & then staff attempted to charge us for 6 ice creams instead of 5. Cone fell apart in seconds & ice creams turned to water in minutes. Find a McDonalds & order a McFlurry instead.
