Absolutely stellar service! I can’t believe that I got the bespoke ring of my dreams through doing 90% of it virtually and online. Our expert concierge, Susannah, was so knowledgeable and was amazing every step of the way. Even when we met in person to check out some of the rings, she’s nailed exactly what I was after and suggested a stone that I would have never even consider before, and I ended up choosing that for my ring! Honestly, the best experience made extra special with the service. Made this ring even more enjoyable. She even coordinated a special delivery to my other half with me knowing so he could surprise me. I don’t normally write reviews but thought Susannah deserved a mention and hopefully to help anyone else who isn’t sure that the service does not suffer even though it is done mostly virtually.

Simply unbelievable service. From start to finish the buying process was made so easy, there was someone who I could contact with any queries and they were always so quick to respond. The ring arrived and was gorgeous but slightly too big but the resizing process has been super efficient and easy. Particular thanks to Juliette. I can’t recommend Fenton enough

Fantastic jewellers who provided exemplary service throughout the process of buying an engagement ring for my partner. From initial appointments together to explore the different options for rings and gemstones to ensure my partner had the perfect ring she wanted, to supporting me individually through the production timeline, and keeping the ring safe until the big day (all in secret from my partner), Fenton staff have been brilliant.
