Not happy at all with your performance, you failed an inspection with incorrect information despite me advising that you were incorrect and providing evidence to prove this, extra cost incurred by us travelling to and from the site twice to meet on site. This was poorly surveyed and you refused to listen to our explanation. Only after a further site visit did you admit the install was all ok. If going forward FENSA are going to require all Aluminum windows and doors to be installed partially into the cavity which will require cutting back of internal reveals, Tiles, skirtings and window boards on every replacement product then this should be advised to all members in advance as this will make a significant difference to the cost and the final finish of the install.
