For a while, I had been searching for a commercial property in Colchester when I stumbled upon a building managed by Fenwright that was available to let. Excitedly, I sent an email during the night and received a call from Edward Nolan the following morning. Despite the short notice, he was able to show me around the property on the same day. We quickly arranged a viewing and the communication between us was exceptional. Told our landlord that she needs to charge just £200 a month extra to which we couldn’t afford so we were given a section 21 and told if we stay any longer then our contract date that we have pay the £200 extra as she was trying to sell the flat now we have just been slapped in the face and seen it’s no longer for sale and up for rent! The bully and treatment is crazy! We were pretty much forced at the time to have people come and visit even when I was really sick and told the landlady we refused entry when in fact they turned up without an appointment. Avoid like the plague. I’ll never deal with fenn wright again!

I received a brilliant service from these guys, a special mention to Phil Lay-Flurrie and Kelsey Stein. These guys were so efficient from start to finish and at no time did I need to contact them for an update. The viewing schedules were clear and well communicated and we always got feedback from those viewings, even if they were negative. Once sale agreed they still maintained regular interaction around the progress of the sale through emails and phone calls, and they were always up to date with their information. You felt they were always working with you and not just for the sale. I would have no hesitation using these guys again.
