    I used the NHS app to send my symptoms to the surgery in the late afternoon, I was sent a message from the surgery with a call-back time from the doctor the next day, who called promptly, did a good assessment and referred to a specialist. Really efficient, I was nervous about long waiting times for a routine problem, but they were really helpful.

    Had to ring everyday as they said appointments were getting filled instantly. Waited a month for an appointment and the day before it came around I got a text saying it had been cancelled due to staff illness. So instead of getting rescheduled I’m ringing everyday again. I was in a queue and by the time I was 8th the phone was cut off. Tried ringing back multiple times but the phones have been turned off, 20 minutes after the surgery has opened.

    Absolutely first class surgery, from the receptionists to the nurses and Dr's they have been brilliant in providing first class care for my elderly parents. I have no problems in getting a phone call from either the doctor or nurse practitioner when I call to discuss an appt or home visit. I am so pleased my parents moved to this surgery.Thankyou
