    The delivery of two chairs was excellent, and communication on the phone and by email has been good, but now we are waiting for a reply from an email and voice message, due to a serious and worsening fault on one of the chairs, (which we have informed them about) which is my husband's chair. He is Registered Disabled, and cannot use this chair at the moment, which means he has no suitable chair to use in the lounge. I hope someone will ring me ASAP to resolve this issue.

Brought a Cullingworth Grande Riser Recliner Chair for my father and although have had a few issues, the staff were very helpful in resolving the problem very quickly. Nothing is a problem. No wonder Fenetic Wellbeing is a Which? Recommended provider. I would always buy from Fenetic Wellbeing rather than any local Retailers.

    Purchased a wheelchair online but realised we made a mistake with the model. Nothing wrong with the chair itself I had a day out and drove up to Keighley to return it unused after 2 days The staff at the warehouse were first class and I got a refund promptly. I would deal with Fenetic again
