I liked that the website was clear and particularly that it spelt out that the timber I was wanting (gravelboards) was treated to UC4. (Many suppliers just say "treated" and if you bother to enquire that probably means UC3.)

Fantastic customer service. There was an issue with the item I ordered online (not Fencing Essentials' fault, so far as I can tell), and everyone I spoke to at Fencing Essentials was extremely helpful and intent on resolving the issue. The manager, Mark, actually made a special trip out to me to deliver a replacement - I don't think customer service gets any better than that! They will be my first stop in the future for fencing materials.
