Dr Bukhari and Dr Natasha both excellent physicians and my mother and I couldn't be happier. Such lovely GPs and know exactly what they're doing.

Very worst. I’m trying to do a single blood test! I have been trying to contact them for like 8 months now. Still not gone through. I am just frustrated about the whole thing! Very poor service.

I’ve been a patient at this surgery for over 25 years and have been fortunate to have not needed many visits. Although I find the appointment process harder and it would be great to have the option of advance bookings again, I have to say that whenever I have been the staff are always very polite and helpful. I recently had a concern and was initially dealt with by Annie on reception. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get myself seen by the doctor putting my mind at ease. Dr Bhukari again has always been great with a kind and caring nature.

Dr Bukhari has looked after both my husband and me for many years and she and her staff (especially Annie) are always willing to help in any way possible especially through the last few years when things have been so trying for everyone.

Would absolutely NOT recommend. Have recently unregistered from this practice due to multiple issues. Of most concern- I have been given out of date, not evidence based medical advice. (Verifiable with a basic level of medical literacy and/or able to be confirmed through the NHS website) Am in the process of reaching out to the practice regarding this. Dismissive care and service from both the admin and GP side. Inequitable difficulties accessing care with no flexibility for individual circumstances. Telephone triage appointments only as first line access, (yes, common practice nowadays) however, being given callback timeframes of entire morning or afternoons, with a single call only- if you don't get to the phone on time (so, we are expected to sit next to the phone waiting for half a day?) they tell you to re book rather than provide a second call back some time later (as is common practice for example, in NHS 111 calls.) Will chase you up for a routine blood pressure screening, (low effort, counts as a health encounter for billing purposes, perhaps?) but will not initiate or facilitate contact for medical concerns that require more time consuming follow up or review. Worst healthcare experiences I have ever had, hands down. I understand that some allowances must be made for the immense pressure all GPs are under; however, this practice is unable to meet basic healthcare needs for someone with uncomplicated common medical problems.

I’ve been under the care of Dr Bukhari since I was a small child and now I’m approaching 30, throughout the years Dr Bukhari and her doctors/staff have been nothing but supportive and excellent in there duty of care and always going that extra step to ensure both myself and my family always are well looked after. You feel like you’re part of the family with such an attentive kind nature, Dr Bukhari really knows her stuff and is always spot on! No messing and old school get it done correctly attitude. I Highly Recommend using this practice.

Absolutely horrible! Went in to pick up registration forms as I had lost previous ones Lady with blonde hair instantly attacked me for not bringing ID asked me why I lost my forms attitude showed she didn’t even want to help me so disrespectful. I work in a gp myself and this is not how you treat or talk to people

Always found the GP's here really responsive and helpful, can't find fault. Annie on reception has also been great as and when I've had dealings with her.

people write reviews but no one does anything about it so what is the point of these reviews yes I know it's frustrating of the service the GP gives but what are we going to do about it no one does anything government doesn't care we can't make a voice to be heard it's no one's fault, it's the governments fault they're not doing anything about it
