We recently had a new boiler fitted by Ian. The upgraded boiler required replacing old, untidy pipework and drilling new holes for a new enhanced gas main. The end result is a fantastic boiler that's already saving us money. The service was excellent and competed from the start in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend. I have been a customer for several years, and this week Ian, Anthony and Ben have just completed a full Vaillant boiler and unvented cylinder system upgrade. They arrived punctuality, made very little mess and everything looks very neat and tidy. Ian was particularly patient with the numerous questions I had before committing to the work. I felt the price was good value for money and will be commissioning more work with them next year. I would highly recommend them for your next installation.

Parkstone fit our boiler and underfloor heating which was fine. Since installation our boiler has developed a leak and Parkstone will not answer any of our calls. We’ve tried many times, leaving multiple messages on both office and mobile numbers. We’ve now had to find a different company to sort the issue. I’m sure if we had a big shiny new job for Parkstone we’d have no trouble making contact. We won’t be using Parkstone again! I would like to thank Ian and everyone from Parkstone Yorkshire for their help during a breakdown call to our property. Their response and professionalism was top class, considering the circumstances. We had a strange issue with our new boiler, a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 37CDi. This was fitted by a different company during a renovation of our property. When the boiler was running, it would sound like it was banging or popping periodically. I also noticed the temperature numbers on the boiler were way above 100, which didn't seem right. I contacted Ian at Parkstone Yorkshire and he quickly responded. As I was working from home he said he would pop round at the end of his day. In fairness, this wasn't an obvious fault, as there is nothing wrong with the boiler. Ian discovered, after reading the manufacturers instructions, that a boiler of this size requires an external bypass fitting, which I didn't have. We arranged for the work to be done the following week and the problem has now gone. In hindsight, I wish I had used Parkstone Yorkshire for all our plumbing and bathroom work throughout our renovation. Thanks again.
