I found the staff to be extremely friendly and both products were extremely good value for money. Based in Peterborough I was able to collect from the shop and I was so impressed with the quality of the glass and the engraving - I could not have been more pleased with their work, and the smile of the faces of those we gave the gifts to showed me I had made the right decision.
