Great staff, super friendly with positive attitudes which is commendable given how busy/popular they are. One member of staff kindly helped with a question about their tofu crisps (which sadly they no longer do!) The garlic aubergine with hand pulled noodles is highly recommended. Noodles have a nice chew to them. Fast service too at a reasonable price! Same comments apply to their neighbouring sister stall, the dumpling shack.
