Put a film in for development and was told it would be ready in around 5 days. Took 3 weeks of chasing for me to finally get the film back and when I did images were low res and I wasn't even given the original film back. For the price it wasn't worth my time or money. Staff seemed unbothered when I went into the shop, it felt like I was interrupting them by being there (first time the person serving was having a personal convo with someone who didn't appear to work there) which was just poor customer service. Thought I'd try here instead of Boots or somewhere else to give a small branch my business but after this bad experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
