I started working with Andréa after having attended one of her Women's Circles. I've done quite a lot of talking therapy over the years, but I was finding that certain patterns, beliefs and traumas were still affecting me - even though I had done a lot of work to understand them I couldn't shift them. After the very first session I started noticing drastically positive changes in my life. It was like she was able to get right at the root and help unhook those residual energies. For the first time in over a decade, I finally felt as if my nervous system truly knew that the event in question was actually over. Whereas I often feel tired after a session, I don't feel drained, shaken up or triggered like I would do after a traditional therapy session. She also teaches helpful techniques to work with my nervous system that I can put into practice between sessions.
