You can really tell that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a PT, covering all bases including nutrition which is really helping me along my fitness journey! Since training with Mashael I have grown in confidence, gained strength and lost weight. I have a new routine with early morning gym sessions , which has really made a difference to my well-being and focus during the day at work.
