I recently relocated to the area and wanted to find somewhere to train but also to meet people. Female Bootcamp surpassed my expectations on my very first class. Everyone is really welcoming and friendly. It’s a fun and motivating atmosphere in every class. The instructors are professional and knew my name before I’d even introduced myself. Ive been a member for less than a month but can already see a huge improvement in my fitness! I would highly recommend Female Bootcamp to anyone who wants to get fit, keep fit and have fun doing it.

Having recently completed the four week 'Ultimate Bootcamp', I can't speak highly enough about Female Bootcamp. The encouragement and motivation given is second to none, pushing you in a supportive manner to achieve your goals. Fleur and the team have also provided online classes which are as challenging as the classes down at bootcamp and a great alternative for those wanting to workout from home. I would highly recommend Female Bootcamp to any ladies wanting to improve their fitness - what are you waiting for?!

I have been going to bootcamp for well over 6 years and it’s a great place not only to improve fitness but to meet like minded women who become friends. Fleur is a fantastic instructor and along with the other instructors very motivational. This year has been challenging but she has dealt with it head on - providing a Covid safe outdoor area and equipment. When in lockdown she provided discounted online sessions which helped members immensely. During this pandemic I have never felt unsafe at Bootcamp, if I did I would have let Fleur know. Would highly recommend Bootcamp, I just love it!

I was introduced to Female Bootcamp after a tough redundancy and relocation last year, by an amazing lady who couldn't rate the classes highly enough. Im so glad I joined up in January, because it was the fitness and welbeing support I desperately needed. This year has been so tough for the whole world and having access to heath, fitness and nutritional experts is is paramount to our wellbeing. The highly trained and professional instructors from bootcamp, worked online classes twice per day for a dramatically reduced fee. They did this 6 days a week for much of lockdown, offering free fitness to NHS and support workers. Now we are allowed back to outside bootcamp, social distancing is carefully managed and I've never felt safer and fitter. Fleur and her team deserve praise, love and recognition for the tireless amazing work they do, under stressful and difficult circumstances. The heros at female bootcamp, don't wear capes they wear lycra! Highly recommend

I have been attending Bootcamp for around 18 months now and have always Fleur and the other PTs to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The COVID pandemic has hit the business hard yet Fleur has never put any of us at risk - she always follows the rules to a T and on the odd occasion that a class has been particularly busy she has checked that everyone is spaced out appropriately per the guidelines and is comfortable with the amount of space they have before proceeding. All the ladies who attend are very friendly and welcoming as well so as long as you are prepared to push yourself to achieve the results you want this is the place for you.

I've been a member of female bootcamp for 4 months now. The trainers and members are very friendly and supportive. I've always struggled to motivate myself when exercising or going to the gym, however I have found famle bootcamp very enjoyable and motivating. I joined just after lockdown and have felt very safe as the classes are outdoor and very spaced out and any equipment used is disinfected after each use. There are multiple classes in the morning, evening classes and weekend classes which help to find available times that suit around my work. I would definetely recommend to a friend.
